The route follows Highway 40 westbound, crosses the Charles-De Gaulle bridge over the Rivière des Prairies, then runs the length of the island of Montréal from east to west to the Décarie interchange and Highway 520. That crossing is the real constraint. The Métropolitaine, between Highway 25 and Décarie, is one of the busiest stretches in Québec: on weekdays between 6:30 and 9 a.m. it can add twenty-five minutes. The Charles-De Gaulle bridge slows down before you even reach it. For an early flight we leave Repentigny before 5:30, and the GPS does not always predict that dip.

We cover both former municipalities: the Repentigny sector and the Le Gardeur sector. Most pickups are along Boulevard Iberville, Rue Notre-Dame and Boulevard Brien, in Vieux-Repentigny near the river, at Galeries Rive Nord, and in the residential streets between Highway 40 and the Rivière L'Assomption. The neighbouring towns of Charlemagne and L'Assomption sit on the same corridor, and both sectors feed onto Highway 40 within minutes.
