Between Montreal-Trudeau and the downtown Montreal zone (bounded by Pine Avenue, Atwater Avenue, Papineau Avenue and the river), a flat rate applies regardless of traffic or route.
About estimates
The amounts shown by our calculator are estimates based on the official Commission des transports du Québec (CTQ) rate grid, the Google Maps distance and normal traffic conditions. The actual fare is the one shown on the taxi meter on the day of the ride: it may vary with traffic, the route taken, weather, roadwork and requested stops. Only the downtown ↔ airport flat rate is guaranteed by regulation.
