1Is the app free?
Yes. Download and account creation are free, with no subscription. You only pay for your rides, at the same regulated rate as booking by phone or online.
2When will it be available?
The app is coming to the App Store and Google Play. The download links will appear on this page as soon as it's out. Meanwhile, online booking takes under 2 minutes.
3Can I pay in the app?
Payment is made on board at the end of the ride: cash, credit card or Interac. Your receipts are then available in the app's history.
4Does the app replace the phone?
No, it adds to it. You can still book at +1 (514) 222-6666, on WhatsApp or online. An agent remains reachable 24/7, including for a booking made in the app.
5Is my data protected?
Yes. We only collect what's needed for the ride (name, phone, addresses) and never sell any data. See our privacy policy.
